Family members of a dead girl were shocked when she woke up at her own funeral, a video uploaded to the Internet showed.
The 3-year-old girl of the Philippines, was pronounced dead after suffering from high fever.
The girl was declared clinically dead by medical personnel in Zamboanga del Sur, Mindanao, on Friday. At the funeral on Saturday, she began to shake her head before her family took her out of her coffin.
According to the police investigation, the girl was suffering from a severe fever when she was taken to a medical clinic. During that time, the clinic staff and attending physician confirmed that the young patient had no pulse and was clinically dead.
When the girl shook her head at the funeral, family members discovered that she had a pulse and immediately gave her water before seeking medical help.
The video of the incident was uploaded to YouTube, and has since gone viral.
